Our experience was disappointing, our stay was for two days after a Viking expedition to Antarctica. The room had a great view and it was spacious but multiple members of our group had issues with the sinking and shower drains. Water from the shower, flooded the floor. The sound proofing was also poor. You could hear doors closing and hall noise. The food was terrible. The steaks were tough, inedible and under cooked. The second morning they were out of eggs, bacon and the melon was bad. We were charged for a water and we paid for it, but upon Check out we were asked to pay again, luckily I kept the receipt. The location is fine and they have a shuttle to town. El Calafate was wonderful so I assume that is the best available, but I would not recommend.

I had an amazing time here! The breakfast is delicious and the staff is lovely. The hotel is not in the city center but it’s 25 min away walking (the view on the walk is beautiful) and they have a free shuttle that takes you there every hour. Also, my husband had a medical urgency and they all helped us with everything needed.
