In fact, this stay was not to the expected level of hotel service provided by IHG groups due to the following: - At the time of check in, and inspite of the welcoming word from the front desk officer as IHG member, i felt like he was offering me a free stay service, and i have to thank my God that he accepted to provide me with a room for my stay. ( Aamzing attitude ) - the same offficer did not ask me for a welcome drink, nor ask if i want to replace it with free points in case i agree??? - The same officer, and at the time of providing me the room key, he whispered into my ears that, there is a fruit basket that will be sent directly to my room,and what is a shame here as nothing recieved nor appologized to not sending it. - Inspite of the the room was clean, and essential toiletery tools could be provided upon request, the toilet floor was a bit dirty and the hairs of the previous customers was spread into several palces, and this is not acceptable, and it was my mistake to not asking for changing the room, as i checked in at a late time, and i was so tired to riase a claim and waste my time for doing room changes after a long headacke day. - The light of the shaving miror was not working at all ? - Most of the TV channels especially OSN Movies were not working nor recieving signals as well, however the remote control batteries were very weak and require to keep pressing for getting signal and change as desired. - The breakfast food quality was excellent, the staff are very professional, including The entertainment program in the harverster club.
