The room door was opened without permission by the reception to insert a children's bed, in clear violation of privacy and respect for the guest. I was shocked by the presence of the cleaning worker inside the hall while I was there with my family. I could not believe what happened in a five-star hotel with an ancient name, and the treatment was done by the hotel in an unsatisfactory manner. I do not feel safe for my family in a hotel that violates privacy.
