This is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff are amazing they are so kind and helpful. As backpackers we felt a little out of place here but the staff never made us feel like this. We spent hours in the pool and spa facilities and adored the cinema room for watching a movie. We watched the World Cup match in the sky bar where the hotel provided free snacks which was a lovely touch. The breakfast buffet was also huge and delicious!

Beautifully presented new hotel with comfortable beds, floor heating, a heated towel rack, and a rain showerhead in the bathroom. The breakfast restaurant is tastefully decorated and the food well presented, the staff are friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help you. The owner of the hotel is an architect, and it shows as the decor, colours, and decorations all blend nicely to give the hotel a welcoming vibrant atmosphere. There is a first-class boardroom/conference room, and the rooftop bar has great views of the city with pleasant seating and a great atmosphere once the locals get in party mode! Finally, but not least, is the swimming pool with multiple spa jets running along one side and two spouts that rain down warm water on your shoulders and neck. They also have a steam room and sauna, with a Bluetooth sound system. The hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride from the closest cable car, which makes getting into the city quick and easy. Really enjoyed my 2 week stay there while working in La Paz.
