Located at the very heart of Leukerbad, Hotel Les Sources des Alpes is a perfect winter getaway from a busy lifestyle, particularly, if you are looking for a great relaxation session at the spa in the middle of the Swiss alps. Very stylish hotel with great history and beautiful clean rooms. Breakfast at the restaurant and Lunch at the bar were particularly delicious with a great selection of options. Everything was impeccable apart from the hospitality of one of the staff members- Stanilla, who, unfortunately, completely spoiled the high-class image translated by the hotel with her unprofessional approach to clienteling. Blunt phrases like "I told you before" to my father's misunderstanding of some aspects about the hotel, rolling of eyes, sighs and evident issues with algebra (when miscounting bills 3 times) were quite inappropriate and questionable. We would still love to come back to the hotel soon since everything, apart from this particular staff member, was excellent. Therefore, I am kindly asking the senior management to review this staff member's qualifications to work at a 5-star hotel.
