Outstanding is the one word I would use to describe our 4 night stay! The Renaissance is centrally located to a large shopping mall and the tourist bus station. They also provide private tours! Make sure to get access to the Club Lounge, it’s worth the extra $$. Their spa is a nice treat as is the outdoor patio and pool area. Catae and Shinsei restaurants are wonderful. Our meal at Shinsei was creatively displayed and delicious. Our room had a great view of the Andes as a backdrop and was very comfortable. However, it is the hotel and staff that make your trip. Everyone is friendly and wants to make sure you are having a great experience. They say they treat you like family but I’d say the staff treat you better than your family! Moises checked us in and did an outstanding job of helping us throughout our stay. If you find yourself in Santiago, the Renaissance would be a great stay!

A wonderful hotel in so many ways! In a great section of town. Staff was so attentive. Room had a beautiful view of the Andes. The club lounge was exceptional for breakfast and for cocktails. We were so tired after a full day of sightseeing that the food was perfect for us to snack and go to bed early. The restaurant Catae was superb.
