These days it is beautifully restored and upgraded, comfortable and very well equipped hotel. Originally built in the 19th century as the exceptionally well planed, beautifully designed, and technologically advanced (at the time) spa hotel. It’s very refreshing to see that the commitment to quality, established originally, continues. The personnel of the hotel is also competent and attentive. The range of treatments varied and effective and everything is spotlessly clean. The surroundings too are very attractive, views of mountains beautiful and stimulating relaxation and peace. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in the hotel for five days.

Goed verblijf, maar geen 5 sterren waard! Zeer groot en mooi gebouw, jammer dat de kamer dan zeer klein uitvalt. Bovendien was er geen airco aanwezig. Het was de hele week 30 graden..Voor een 5-sterren hotel mag je dit toch verwachten! 16 euro vragen per dag voor parking is ook schandalig! Bovendien was de parking regelmatig vol en betaalde je voor niks. Er werd ons een rekening gepresenteerd voor drank dat we zogezegd in de bar hadden geconsumeerd. Erg onprofessioneel! Gelukkig hebben we dit uiteindelijk niet moeten betalen, met schriftelijke vermelding. Personeel komt zi zeker ook niet altijd vriendelijk over Leuk zwembad! Jammer dat er maar 2 hottubs zijn voor zoveel gasten. Zwembadwater was aan de koude kant. Kamers waren proper, alsook het hotel. Ontbijt was lekker, maar druk. Leuk initiatief dat er een bus en shuttledienst (gratis) voorzien wordt naar de stad. Ook zijn er voldoende wellness en spa mogelijkheden voor handen. Hotel ligt in een zeer mooie omgeving. Jammer van de werkpunten. Voor een 5-sterren hotel verwacht je meer faciliteiten zoals airco, gratis parking en klantvriendelijkheid.
