Very good hotel , in good neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and professional always willing to help. The hotel is very clean , the decorations and a design is nice . The breakfast is huge and they have all variety of food ,all is fresh and immediately replaced if coming to end . They serve also equadorian food so I had the opportunity to try and to experience. The room is very spacious and clean . Comfortable mattress and pillows which is very important for me . Only one thing I would add . The shower is missing of hand washer tool. Only a permanent one at the top . So it will be nice to have an option for a hand handle washer . Thanks for your hospitality amigos !

The Heart of Ecuador. Most amazing place to host a celebration. The service was the most amazing I have ever seen. Choreographed service of food was unbelievable. Not a thing out of place. Professional staff and service was outstanding.
