My experience here was really unexpected. The concierge Jemaldin was helpful in making all the arrangements and even accommodating request to change money to pay to the tour company who credit card machine was not working.||House keeping kept the rooms clean with loads of water and attentive to request to change flower etc., They do all the hardwork with a smile and I did not forget that. ||When I went for breakfast and said I had allergies the chef @ Summerfields immediately took action and ensured that I had special food for my breakfast. ||The group I appreciated the most were the chef and staff at Shaheen. They made me feel so at home even though I was dining alone every night. They serve the best food and are always smiling. They were professional and engaged with the customer ensuring that the food was upto expectations. I am very grateful to them and will always remember them as they went all out to ensure that I was not unattended. In all my travels I never had anyone do this to me. On my last night at the hotel once I have finished my meal and ask for the bill, they were so cute and ask me to sit down instead of walking to the front. Then they switched off the lights and there came out a cake saying “Bon Voyage”. I felt so touched and I would like the management of the hotel to acknowledge their extra efforts and beyond my expectations customer services. Well done people Keep up the good work.
