This review pertains to Courtyard By Marriott experience. In the global traveling community, with ever-increasing luxury experiences in the hospitality industry, it is rare to come across a property that captures your attention and inspires you from within. Let this be my joy to introduce you to the newest operating iconic property in the city of Batumi, The Courtyard by Marriott. This unique establishment has set itself as a symbol of the city of Batumi. With advanced amenities and quality products, Courtyard by Marriott provides a suitable environment for relaxation, fitness, and recovery, as well as multifunctional spaces for work and creativity. Kudos to the chef at the lobby bar restaurant for designing menu content to satisfy the palate and cravings of multi-sensory taste profiles. Special gratitude to General Manager Ms. Sophie and her team for the warm reception, welcoming fruit basket, and handwritten note. During our tour of this newly opened property, Ms. Sophie personally introduced me to various products, amenities, and recreational elements of the building. I was in awe to learn that Ms. Sophie brings to Courtyard by Marriott in Batumi rare and second-to-none years of her global expertise in hospitality business from cities like Doha to London, with extensive and meticulous understanding in delegating human resources threw positive reinforcement, effective collaboration with various departments as to create unison and consistency customer experience in every aspect of interaction. I invite guests and all visitors to Batumi to explore the Spa and Fitness center of the property. The spa facility offers multifunctional utilities with various treatment protocols with well-designed therapy rooms, relaxing areas, Ottoman-inspired Turkish Hamam, steam room, sauna, and more. The Spa collaborates with highly specialized Swiss branded Ananne products inspired by nature. Ananne has been formulated with essential oils, ingredients, and extracts of potent botanicals from various parts of the world, such as Sea-Buckthorn extract from North Germany, super anti-inflammatory ginger from Peru, Wild Rose from Bulgaria, Hoji Green Tea from Japan, and more.
