Nice Hotel, Clean and friendly atmosphere. Hotel has a Club Lounge which accomodate all request. Hotel Manager welcome us and upgrade our rooms with nice welcome amenities. Also being Marriott Bonvoy I received a lot of attention...Nice bar with good Burgers and finger foods. Definitely a hotel to stay in ACCRA, outside hotel is also clean, few nice restaurant around, within 10 minutes driving. Uber works pretty well, hotel also provide great services.

Booked the Accra Marriott for 20 days in December. This was my 2nd visit to the property. The hotel had great communication even before I arrived and we were warmly welcomed. The room itself isn't luxurious but definitely meets all the basic requirements and then some. I could definitely spot some wear and tear since my last visit 3 years ago but any issues were promptly addressed. ||The best aspect of this hotel was the staff. Everyone did their part in making you feel like a valued guest. The new General Manager (Luciano Scelza) introduced himself to us on the first day and he also stopped by the lounge to thank us for our loyalty on a separate occasion. The Director of food and beverage stopped by the lounge on multiple nights to engage with the guests. Claudia, Felix, Anthony, Godwin, Hammond, Ellen & Raphael all made our visits to the lounge pleasant.||It was great to see some old faces from 3 years ago like Sampson and Portia who also are amazing with each and every guest. Patience cleaned my room each day and she was very thorough and would work around us. She was pleasant each and every day and we looked forward to seeing her. ||Although the experience in the lounge was good, the offerings were "on repeat" every couple of days. It also only featured a few things which is not on par with other Marriott hotels in other parts of the world. ||Overall, it was a great stay and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Accra.
