Aloha, First time staying here, and it has been a great experience. The staff in particular, from checking in with Lloyd, and the housekeeping staff, have been so professional and polite throughout this stay thus far. Francy and Tim have checked in with me several time, always with Aloha and I appreciate that, they have done an outstanding job standimg up to Hyatts world prestige and global brand. I fully commend the staff for their hard work and effort to the hotel maintenance and guest experience. Truly World Class, im thankful i will be here for another 8 days. Continue to keep up the good work, you are all greatly appreciated, the entire staff, grounds crews, kitchen, restaurant, gym and pool, lobby, engineers, housekeepers, customer service and security. Stayed here 1st week in February 2023. Very nice hotel. I got an upgrade to a King bed Ocean view room. Very nice. Not necessarily luxurious, but nice. Bed was very comfortable. A/C was good and not noisy. Beach is a 10 second walk from the hotel. Swimming pool was nice but I thought the water could have been a bit cleaner. Disappointed that the pool didn't open until 9 AM. They should open earlier. Smallish gym. Just OK. Breakfast buffet is good and worth the $$. Ate dinner here twice. I recommend the King Salmon. Forget the lamb chops. Staff were very good and helpful, as should be expected from a Hyatt. My room was a bit pricey, at over $300. But I read the reviews of other hotels and thought I was better off spending money here.
