Lotte Hotel Guam exceeded my expectations with its warm, professional service and prime location in Tumon, offering breathtaking ocean views and easy access to attractions. My spacious, elegant room featured panoramic windows, a comfortable bed, and high-quality amenities. Dining options, such as the La Seine buffet and Horizon pool bar, were delightful, and the hotel's impressive facilities included an outdoor pool, fitness center, and luxurious spa. The exceptional staff catered to my every need, making my stay extraordinary. I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Guam for an unforgettable experience.

If you aim for a beachfront holiday, i dont think this is the right place. If you want a luxury hotel stay experience, it might be the place. Good: They have a nice pool. Rooms and lobby are beautifully designed. The restaurant offers quality and delicious buffet and food varieties. 24 hr gym room seeing the pool Improvement: -I was pretty surprised that this hotel is a luxury beachfront resort, you need to pay us$40 a day for a beach chair. So, expect you will be charged for different beach related items. - the fan at my cabina is out of order - limited parking right in front the hotel, no cover car park, the car is always heated. - next to construction site, noisy. - newly built, the furnishing smell is strong. Overall it is a very good hotel, but not the choice for beach experience!
