Excellent buffet style breakfast. The staff is professional and helpful. Good selection of spa and wellness treatments, although the available information is pretty limited and could be improved by providing a brochure or information package in the smart tv. It is a family friendly hotel with playroom, playground and children's pool. Children friendly options (french fries and mashed potato) are included in the dinner menu, although their quality could be a bit better to harmonize with the otherwise excellent dinner options in the menu. Electric bikes are available to rent. We had a nice time staying here.
The design of the hotel, the atmosphere and the room is great. We also loved the wellness and the saunas, we haven't seen a snow room and a float spa anywhere else yet. Food is generally tasty the selection of the buffet is more than enough. The main courses at the dinner (especially the ribeye steak) could be improved though, it's not 5* quality yet. The staff is kind, but the service seems all over the place, maybe because it's a new hotel, but there's also room to improve there.
