The employees in the main restaurant of Crown Plaza, Amman, in particular the director of the food and beverage, Mr. Dabbas, the restaurant manager, personally oversees the quality of service and food served in the main restaurant. He also talks to guests to make sure that they are fully satisfied with food and service Indeed, all staff at Crown Plaza, Amman, are professionals and competent. Based on my own first-hand experience during my five-week stay in that hotel, I can say without any reservation that it is a unique stay and dining experience. The breakfast includes a variety of food from homemade bread and pastries to food cooked, even American style dishes, such as Fajita, omelet, and sausage. Throughout my stay, I admired the distinct breakfast buffet. The front desk staff are superior in every aspect of their customer service. They are very attentive and prompt in taking care of the guests' needs. Also, Housekeeping department takes safe care of rooms in terms of cleaning and other needs.

Good hotel and nice ambiance . Location is perfect nearby to the public establishments. Also they have a nice and delicious foods . Thanks for a wonderful experience . Rest assured we will recommend your hotel to my relatives and friends . Regards to mika and omar in the cafe Vienna .
