Staff is so friendly and helpful even though we spoke no Japanese. We would stay here again every time! Charming property, good food, excellent location.
Couldn’t ask for a better experience, this was pure luxury. The staff were unbelievably kind and accommodating - one night, after our flight the following day had been delayed, we had to go down to station at 10pm to change our Shinkansen tickets. The staff member personally drove us down to the station. Food was fabulous, room was relaxing, we loved it!!
