Parthipan was the housekeeper looking after my room. He and the other staff have been very kind, professional and helpful when offering to clean my room. I am here fairly often with Atlas Air and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in my 18 year career. The staff is the reason for these comments. They make the entire stay a positive one. This hotel should be a model for all other operations of this kind because the staff are so kind. All of the rooms I’ve stayed in have been very nice as well as functional. The food is also very good with one of the best breakfasts offered. I stay in hotels all over the World. The little things mean the most and a kind word, gesture and a smile make such an enormous difference to me. With times being so frightening these days, I do feel safe here and have NEVER had any issues with discrimination and I cannot say that for many places as well as places in my home Country, the USA. Thank the staff. Treat them well. They really deserve it.
