The rooms were equally impressive, providing a comfortable and visually pleasing environment. Basic needs were consistently met, and the cleanliness was commendable. Areas for Improvement: Employee Attitude Regrettably, my positive impressions were dampened by the attitude of some employees. I did not feel genuinely welcomed, and it appeared that some staff members regarded their duties more as obligations than opportunities to create a positive guest experience. Improving the training or employee engagement strategies could significantly enhance the overall atmosphere. Concerns with Guest Interaction One notable incident during dinner raised concerns. The night manager exhibited an improper reaction by rolling his eyes at a guest and attempting to charge for unordered food. This behavior is not reflective of the hospitality expected from a reputable establishment. Addressing such incidents promptly is crucial for maintaining a positive guest experience. Location Challenges The hotel's location, while in a beautiful and calm area, posed some challenges due to its distance from the city center. Limited choices in local transport made it slightly inconvenient for guests, affecting accessibility to the city's attractions. Enhancing transportation options or providing shuttle services could mitigate this concern.
