Our stay here was amazing! We are full time traveller and are very lucky as we are experiencing some of the best hotels all around the word. I have to say that one&only portonovi was the best: the service, the place, the spa, the attention to details, the restaurants and food: all is stunning. While the hotel is great, if you come here, we really recommend to explore also the surroundings (kotor, perast, Herceg novi, and the old capital): you should not miss these amazing day trips that the hotel organise for you. We did 3 amazing tours in 3 days and we enjoyed it that much! Not only Montenegro is a very beautiful country but the people are so welcoming, nice and friendly! We really recommend our wonderful tour guide Marko, who is so passionate about his job and is the best guide ever!he took us in amazing places sharing all is extended knowledge and also showed us hidden gems and more ‘local places’: best experience ever!!!we highly recommend it!thanks Marko and thanks to all the staff of one&only!|Martina and Roberto

We stayed at One & Only for 10 nights in August with our 3 and 5 year old kids!|| This was truly a top class perfect vacation! The hotel is beyond stunning!! Beautiful design and decor.||The food incredible, breakfast was great except we kept getting attacked by bees every morning which ruined our breakfast a few days. It wasn’t a couple bees, it was 10 bees at a time at the table. The breakfast tables were outdoors and beautiful but this spoiled it at times. ||The spa was one of the best in the world. We did a couples massage and few therapies. There is a world class gym and tennis. ||The kids club was so cute, my kids loved it and all the ladies at the club were so friendly and professional.||We did a boat tour to Kotor with the hotel boat and it was very enjoyable. ||The concierge ladies were so professional and caring! They helped my husband retrieve a lost sleep apnea machine from another city. ||The service on the beach great, they had a buzzer system and they had excellent food and drinks. They had white sand beach, no rocks, chairs and umbrellas available along with beach toys for the kids. ||Only things I would say I wish were different about this place:|The beach isn’t super wide, kind or narrow and restricted. The room configuration is strange. Bathroom is as big as the main bedroom area. I prefer the bedroom to be bigger and more open design. |Wish the hotel had more culture and feel of Montenegro. All the music is english, hotel reminds me more of a dubai property. I want to feel like Im in Montenegro and feel some culture present there. Not sure why they dont bring in some traditional music or shows.||In conclusion, we would return here and recommend to anyone used to luxury from the western world, not to hesitate giving it a chance!
