Had a 8 night stay at this wonderful hotel. From the moment the porter came to meet us and help with bags to the moment we left, every single staff member was outstanding, the level of service from all areas was just brilliant. Special thanks to, Hoque who helped with our luggage and local information. John from the front desk who was incredibly helpful with everything and finally Valentina from the concierge desk who helped me even on her day off work. The hotel location was fantastic, hidden away in a quiet section of what is otherwise a bustling part of Malta and its less than 3 minutes walk. Its great how the hotel surrounding is calm and peaceful but if you want the hustle and bustle its just a few meters walk. We had the hotel breakfast every day, it was an amazing range of choice, my vacation is experience is largely Cruising, where the choice is unlimited and this is the same feeling i had at the Hyatt. Great quality food and very tasty too. The pool on the roof, clean, catches the sun and very nice to relax. The gym was also very well equipped and we used this every day, along with some of the other spa facilities. Our room, on he third floor with balcony (not all rooms have balcony) was very nicely laid out, great amenities as you would expect from a hotel of this quality. Very comfortable bedding too, our favorite feature was the completely black out curtains. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. I have travelled around the globe for 16 years and this is my new favourite hotel.

Hyatt Regency Malta is from my perspective one the best hotel I have ever been, all hands to the staffing team! We did spend in total 5 nights one of them being my birthday; my partner and the staffing team organized an awesome surprise that gave me smile until we left the hotel. The location is just perfect, in the St-Julian area where you have all parties happening, fun fact when you are in the hotel you would not even imagine that you are in a party area, it is calm, very calm. The rooms are big, clean with very comfortable bed. The breakfast is good, well organized and the team again is awesome. The service is honestly the icing on the cake! They have the most awesome team, always ready to please, I am even asking myself if they would not go to the moon just to make your stay the best ever. Honestly a big thank you to the Hyatt Regency Malta’s team. So I highly recommend staying at Hyatt Regency Malta’s; it’s my second time in Malta with now 3 hotels of good standards in the country but it’s the only hotel where I felt a very warm welcome. We will definitely come back next time visiting Malte and it will be at Hyatt Regency Malta.
