I stayed at the Premium Sea View Water Chalet at Avillion Port Dickson for 1 night. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome. The check-OUT process was very fast and efficient. However, I was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. The check in process was very slow, and I had to wait for an hour in a long queue before I got my room key. The room itself was spacious and had a nice view, but it was not very clean. The furniture and floor were dusty and sandy. The room also looked old and worn out, and it could use some refurbishment. The breakfast was decent, but the restaurant was very crowded during the peak hour. I had to queue again to get a table, and the food was not replenished quickly enough. Overall, I think Avillion Port Dickson has a lot of potential, but it needs to improve its maintenance. I would rate this hotel highly, with 4 out of 5 stars, because the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

1. Rooms are very rundown. 2.There's patches on the wall, torn curtain, stained bathroom floor and sink, dirty floor with clumps of long hair (extremely disgusting), dusty window panels, the room actually smells mouldy. 3.Old furniture. The room itself is a nightmare, the only decent thing here is the view. We got the last room of the water chalet and there's pretty good view with no obstruction of the sea.
