At first, I got a room on the 5th floor, but I could hear peoples voice and everything because it was in front of the elevator. Then, I heard construction next door, so I asked for a room change and got a room on the 3rd floor. I tried to get a key and go in, but they gave me a key that didn't work, so I called front and called 3 times to ask for a new key, but they didn't give me a new key, so I used the key that was in the room. And when I entered the room I was given, there were flies on the floor and the curtains were so dirty. Since I was really a honeymoon I tried to be calm but I was so angry. I even called to see if I could help make a tour reservation on the last day, and said they will call back in 5 minutes, but then stopped contacting me.. haha ​​I won't revisit again for the sake of my mental health.
