This hotel was booked through Palau Dive Adventures (which I also highly recommend) for me, and it was phenomenal! The hotel front desk staff and housekeeping were so kind and attentive. I felt so well-taken care of my entire stay there. In fact, my mom was worried about me while I was out diving and called them long-distance. Miss Joy reassured her that I was safe and out diving, living my best life, and informed me to call my mom once I returned. The room was very clean with hard-wood floors, the shower and bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. The only complaint I have is that the wifi in the room was not good – but in the lobby it was great. This hotel is in a great location in the middle of downtown Koror – with supermarkets right next door and across the street. Although in downtown- don’t worry you will feel very safe and can’t hear any noise from inside your room. The staff was very accommodating for every request you could possibly ask for. This hotel is phenomenal - especially for the price!

Clean and comfortable place in a convenient location. The mall is just across the road. The staff are friendly and very patient with guest requests. Diver friendly place too. Great place to spend a few nights on the way in or out of Palau. The WiFi is a bit spotty and needs to be fixed as the connection drops every few minutes.
