The location is about 500 m ( 5 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi), the room is cozy enough, meanwhile just WHY Indonesian only separate dining section in down stairs? Of not enough space why just don’t let other guests also be able to get meal in downstairs? Up and down dining section.
The hotel is very close to haram and it's an excellent location. Near gate 25. The room was quite big. We had 4 beds for 3 ppl. However the hotel itself is not 5 stars. The TV doesn't work and that was for everyone in our group, the toilets don't flush properly, the breakfast is OK. It's the usual, curries, chicken nuggets, daal, pastries etc which isn't my ideal breakfast but it is what it is. I'm from the UK, and would prefer toast and eggs. The room service is non existent. We had to ring reception to ask for toilet tissue and water. Overall the location and the vibe around the hotel is excellent and I would stay here again for that reason but not for the hotel itself.
