Overall, an amazing experience. I loved that it was connected to the Haram. I have no complaints about the location or their services. However, I will state that they do not provide microwaves in the hotel rooms nor warm outside food for guests, making it hard, especially with families with small children.

Amazing Hotel and Blessed to so close to the Harem! The staff and workers were so helpful and service was impeccable! Will definitely come here again. 2x in mecca , and this Place is also gonna be next
