This is an apparent/ time share/ hotel. The hotel has a convenient location at Maho Beach and is directed on the street with shops, supermarket and restaurants. Great location to look at the aeroplanes landing and beautiful sea view.|The building is a bit older. Our room/ apartment was spacious and had a living room with seating area, dining table and kitchen, separate bedroom and had a nice balcony. There was air-conditioning in the living area and bedroom. The bathroom could use a bit modernisation. But all is clean and is working well.|The pool area is nice and well kept. There is a nice pool and hot tub. There are enough sunbeds and there is a restaurant/ bar for drinks and nice food. Sometimes, there is entertainment.|The staff is friendly and helpful. |In the evening there is a little bar in the lobby, but the music can be very loud. Making it hard for guests and frontdesk to hear each other. |So it's a comfortable and clean hotel to stay, at a good location and friendly staff, but it can use a bit of modernisation.
