⭐️ EXCEPTIONAL ⭐️ Truly exceptional 5 star experience like no other. If you have the opportunity to stay at the Yacht, stay here - you won’t regret it. We stayed for 3 nights and we’re so glad we picked this hotel. The design and aesthetic is beautiful - everything is clean and beautifully designed and how you expect a 5 star hotel to be. What made our stay extra special was the service and hospitality we received - from the moment we arrived the team were welcoming and attentive and happy to help with anything and everything. It was my fiance’s birthday and we booked a meal at the FERN, the main restaurant and I asked if there could be a candle on the dessert or a simple “happy birthday” message to celebrate his birthday…the team made a special custom beautiful birthday cake on the day - the team at The Yacht go above and beyond. We also tried the autumn afternoon tea menu and it was delicious. The breakfast has a huge variety and caters for all and the Hanoi pho is delicious too - perfect well balanced broth. The concierge were on hand 24/7 on WhatsApp to help us with any questions or queries we had - booking transfers and taxis/restaurant/tour recommendations. You can tell the team are so passionate and love what they do and enjoy working there - this comes from the top and you can tell the company culture and ethos is great. Big shout out to the exec chef Dat too, who we had lovely conversations with. It’s not what you have, it’s the way you make people feel that is important. This is true hospitality - thank you so much to each and every one of the staff who made us feel welcome 🙏 We are so grateful.
