About
Â
âš¡ In the Riad Laarouss district, a few minutes from the famous Jmaa El Fna square, five minutes from the Riad Laarouss gardens, a 15-minute walk from the Majorelle Gardens, and very near the souk of the different guilds of merchants: tanners, cabinetmakers, coppersmiths, weavers, dyers, and others.
âš¡ In this district you will find all kinds of shops: patisseries (oriental ones, of course), traditional bakers using wood ovens where you take the kneaded dough from home for cooking, barbers, a pharmacy, restaurants, Moorish cafes, many fruit and vegetable stalls, a traditional Hammam and much more.
âš¡ The bus station, with its coaches leaving for Essaouira, Agadir, and Ouarzazate, is a ten-minute walk away.
⚡ The Riyad has two magnificent terraces where you can have a sumptuous breakfast or traditional meal (to order) or sip your mint tea. At night, you will have the chance to see the princess of Marrakech’s mosques, the famous Koutoubia, lit up in all its splendor.
