I’ve had a nice 3-night stay there except for two occurrences during breakfast that brought the whole experience down. First of all, the check-in is prompt and Yeslem from FOH is kind and accommodating. The hotel is kind of old but well-maintained. The room and bath are spacious and clean. Housekeeping is great, they clean the room every day and always leave unique towel designs with rose petals and chocolates. Small issue with drainage in the shower but maintenance was quick to fix it and housekeeping cleaned up after the maintenance was done with his work. Great staff and concierge, they are always smiling and offering greetings. I was hardly at the hotel hence I didn't use any other facilities such as the pool or the gym. Breakfast buffet spreads are sumptuous. The only two occurrences that ruined my experience were at the egg counter during breakfast. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Beautiful hotel, with great rooms and amenities. Every aspect of our visit was nothing less than luxurious, and I felt pampered all through my stay. Happy to have had so much help from Bakr with gym and sauna, but everyone else from the staff was amazing as well. Hope to visit the hotel again sometime…
