The hotel is very nice in decoration we arrived on an early flight and we asked for an early check in 7:30am the staff member then finished her shift and had not told the day staff that we had arrived however Jocelyn worked extremely hard to accommodate us and we were able to get into our room very early which was much appreciated.|The rooms are large as are the bathrooms, very clean and equipped with everything you need they are kept extremely clean. Banulron was great and kept us topped up with water.|The breakfast has everything you could ask for, it is extremely chaotic and the staff work so hard to please everyone, unfortunately there are so many rude tourists we came back to our table and found a lady sitting in our seat where we had left our orange juice and fruit.. the staff remain so positive despite this all.|We booked club lounge access which was great to get some soft drinks or tea or coffee during the day with some cookies we also used it at night for wine drinks and snacks this was all managed by Mel who took great care of us and nothing was too much trouble|There are loungers around the pool but this does not get the sun although there are loungers on a grass area if you wish to sunbathe. Good drinks deals at pool bar and coopers bar, Teatro restaurant is fab too and I have done a separate review for that.|We were here for NYE and the food, entertainment and setting around the pool was amazing.|the hotel is in a kind of business area and nothing really close by, it’s about a 20 minutes walk through the khalifa park 4aed) entry for two) park is not great and really needs cleaned/modernised. But taxi/uber are so reasonable it’s not really an issue and the price of the hotel compared to others is reasonable.
