Nice sized rooms and great location, but was bitterly disappointed when I was told I couldn't use the gym at 8am. When I checked in, receptionist told me I could use it at any time and just let the staff know in advance. But this morning I was rudely denied by the person at the front desk. Pretty laughable that I can't simply use the treadmill before work, without having "an employee present". Next time I'll know to stay at the Grand Hotel across the street instead.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. There was a complication with the check in on the first day but it was handled very professionally. I appreciated how warm, attentive and helpful all the staff members were throughout our stay, especially Levon. It was my first time in Yerevan and they helped me enjoy my stay. And the location is perfect because you are close to everything. I wish I used the spa services. Thank you for everything!
