We had an absolutely wonderful meal here. The food, ambiance and service was incredible. Leandro was a superb waiter , we followed all his recommendations and loved everything (the ribeye, shrimp, pumpkin, salad, proveleta, Malbec etc). He was so kind and informative. I would love to come back! 100% recommend.

I recently dined at Elena, the renowned restaurant at the Four Seasons in Buenos Aires, and was deeply disappointed by the level of service. The meal, planned as a delightful lunch experience, was overshadowed by the remarkably poor service. The ambiance and food at Elena were outstanding, a testament to the restaurant's reputation. However, the service was alarmingly substandard, especially considering the prestige associated with the Four Seasons brand. The wait staff, including our server, displayed a lack of attentiveness and professionalism. They seemed more interested in conversing among themselves than in serving their guests. This was particularly evident when we were left waiting for 20 minutes to order another bottle of wine, and another 20 minutes for its arrival, an inexcusable delay that severely impacted our dining experience. Such service is not only disappointing but unacceptable at a high-end establishment like the Four Seasons. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to immediate improvements in the service quality at Elena.
