Having stayed in many Park Hyatt properties, the Palacio Duhau is one of, if not the, best for service, decor and comfort. The only negative is the need to navigate the many stairways - especially in the underground passage linking the two buildings. We stayed in a 800 sq. ft. corner suite in the tower block and had to daily transit through the tunnel to the dining room and bar in the Palacio tower. The corner suit was spacious, well designed, equipped with the luxury of an additional half bath, and had every expected amenity. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the rain head shower was soothing, and the small desk work area was very convenient. But what set the hotel apart was the staff - professional, friendly, helpful, totally service-oriented, and everyone going that ‘one step beyond’ that is the mark of the highest standard of hospitality management.

Stunning hotel with top-notch service. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights over Christmas and we absolutely loved everything about it -- the gorgeous courtyard, kind and caring staff, delicious breakfast and food at Gioia, great drinks at Oak Bar, pool and sauna. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite (likely due to Globalist status) and the staff also gave us a beautiful cake and champagne for our wedding anniversary, as well as a welcome amenity of macarons. The staff was uniformly fabulous -- including Geronomo in check in, Yesica at breakfast, Sarco at the delightful Oak Bar. This was the best hotel stay my husband and I ever had! I highly recommend this property and would love to be able to return one day!
