From the minute we walked in to the minute we left the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, they were professional and also genuine in wanting our time there to be as good as possible. The restaurant and the bar had delicious food options and the breakfast was amazing, we ate at the bar and in the restaurant every day and we could not fault anything. Honestly, this is hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had, if there's anywhere better in Buenos Aires, then we would love to go. Big thank you to all the staff, you deserve 6 Stars******

We were in Argentina for 2.5 weeks and stayed at 3 different hotels in 3 different locations in Buenos Aires. Palladio was the best! We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and well appointed. The gym was good. I used it a few times. The spa was great as well. I had an 80 minute massage and it was very good. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and the food/drinks were good. The staff at the reception were helpful. Overall, a really pleasant stay and I highly recommend it.
