The personal was very rude and disrespectful. The room was horrible, they didnt clean it once, the kitchen area and the including dishes/cutlery were very dirty (literaly wipping with my finger over the stove made it cleaner). The floor wasnt vacuumed properly. Didnt change the bed sheets once. (After an entire day on the road, they didnt even bother going into our room and changing the sheets) In summary the hotel in generall is awesome, it has a lot of potential, but it just isnt used. You shouldnt be paying hundreds of dollars to stay in a broken down and dirty hotel with rude personal.

Please read below, I totally agree with this comment, as I just experienced same crazy situation: Rudest and most unprofessional hotel I ever encountered in my life!! I would give this place negative stars if google had an option!!! Simply went in for a visit and was shewed like a mosquito attempting to land on somebody. I am assuming that this hotel doesn’t condone upper middle-class or middle class individuals, but after this interaction in the hotel lobby, I will never seek to stay in this hotel and any hotels that are affiliated with this one!!! I hope the staff are happy about how awful they treat their customers and mis assume situations. Take a chill pill and you all will never see myself, my friends, or family ever again.
