We spent a magical 3 nights at the Grand Hotel. From the moment we checked in we felt special. Our luggage was taken to our room and the receptionist gave us a map of the Christmas markets so we could go straight off to explore! The staff were so helpful and friendly. We were given a room upgrade which was such a wonderful surprise. The room was elegant with high ceilings and extremely spacious. We looked forward to breakfast every morning as it was a real treat choosing from the delicious choices available. Sweet or savoury your needs will be met! We had delightful cocktails in the bar one evening which had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is in a very central location with a tram stop located 5 mins walk away. Although the walk into Vienna to see the main tourist sights such as the Hofburg Palace and the Christmas markets, was easy and only took about ten to fifteen minutes. If you would like to experience top class service in a beautiful setting this is the place to go!

The service/staff is amazing. The airport lost both my boss and my luggage and the concierge went out of their way to get it found and delivered for us. Luis Zsalek helped my boss get her luggage and one of mine. There was another concierge who helped me get my 2nd lost bag (I did not get his name). Everyone at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful. They even gave me chocolates once all my luggage was found. The rooms were nice and clean. The shower was amazing as well. Grand Hotel Wein is a wonderful place to stay!
