Very nice hotel right on the Danube river. The rooms are well decorated. The linens were soft and the beds were comfortable. They provided toiletries that smelled great. The only issue I had was the room was hot. Even turning down the thermostat to the lowest thermostat setting did not cool down the room. The price of the room included the breakfast which had so many options from the buffet to keep one well fed until lunch. One benefit is that the breakfast starts at 6 am and ends at 10 am so it allows for sleeping in a bit.

It is the worst place to stay in my entire travel history in Europe. I have travelled a lot in the past but the management of the hotel is basking the glory of the old building but nothing works when you stay in the hotel from hot water, clogged showers to phones. The guests in the hotel had no internet for the five days we stayed in the hotel. |The air conditioning was also not working in the rooms. It was very claustrophobic when I entered in the room and complained and they put a portable heater in an already boiling hot room. My daughter got a nose bleed thrice in two days cos of extreme hot and dry room. |To top it all, room service menu is only visible by scanning the QR code which was no where to be found in the room. I had to go down to the restaurant to ask for food and they had no physical menu to see. I asked for a pizza and they told me price for pizza is 12 euros and offered few toppings which we agreed and I asked for two pizza. When the bill came it was around 45 euros for 2 pizzas which is so unethical as u mention a different price and bill completely different price. I didn’t expect this kind of unethical and poor service from Hilton.
