From the moment I arrived, Daniela greeted me warmly, making the long hours of travel fade away. Her kindness and personalized attention made my stay truly unforgettable. I want to express special thanks to Veronica, who handled the check-in process exceptionally well. Her fluency in Spanish greatly facilitated communication, and it was a relief to understand all the details seamlessly. Her professionalism and friendliness were noteworthy, ensuring that I felt at home right from the start. The hotel itself exceeded all my expectations, from the impressive facilities to the impeccable service; every detail contributed to an exceptional experience. Moreover, Vienna in autumn is simply magical, and I am grateful for the opportunity to explore the city during this enchanting season. Modern, luxurious hotel complex. Service could be better - seems (younger) staff is sometimes inexperienced regarding correctly managing their own booking system and facility management software. Badges seized to work repeatedely, room TV switched on automatically 3 times 6:45 AM in the morning waking us up - had to pull the power cord to solve. Room service pulls additional badge for having power in the room without being home to charge laptops/electronic equipment while in the town 🤨... Try to visit restaurant and/or bar in 57th floor - breathtaking view over Vienna!
