Beautiful location! You’re right in the center of the most beautiful shopping street. ||The hotel is quite understated for a rosewood compared to others. It took me a few nights to really like it. The rooms are well appointed and good sized. The gym was very spacious. Great amenities in the room and the restaurant is very good. Delicious breakfast, not the best I’ve had but certainly good. Dinner was good. Service was excellent throughout the hotel. ||I found the rate to be too expensive for the hotel though, which is why the 4 stars. They charge this much because of the Rosewood brand but not all rosewoods are created equal. Small things like the Christmas tree being half lit in the restaurant, amenities not refilled in the bathroom every day, having to call for coffee because it wasn’t refilled, chocolates during turndown service not consistent nightly.

Our trip to Vienna was just perfect! The Hotel is great! Everything very nicely furbished and designed. Very clean and excellent service. Lots of little features in the room like a Marshall soundbar and automatic curtains and blinds. Little attentions like chocolates or nice little stories to read before sleeping are provided.|Everything is in excellent shape and new. We were using the parking service which was very professional. The car is parked in the basement using an elevator. We have been using the gym and the spa facilities (sauna) which was not very crowded. There is a resting area with a stunning view over old Vienna.
