I cannot stress enough how much I love this hotel. The Leo Grand is absolute perfection, from the layout of the rooms, to the service provided by the staff, to the location of the hotel itself! It is a relatively new hotel located right in the center of Innere Stadt in the absolute best area you can stay in Vienna. For the price you pay, you are getting a wonderful deal! All the staff working at The Leo Grand went above and beyond to make our stay extremely enjoyable - we were here for part of our honeymoon and they went out of their way to get us roses, a heart-shaped balloon, chilled wine and a hand-written card congratulating us on our honeymoon! We also stayed in Budapest and Prague during our honeymoon - the Budapest hotel gave us things like this but we had to pay an exorbitant price, and the Prague hotel didn’t even do anything. The fact that The Leo Grand team just did this on their own terms was amazing! However, not only that, the room was EXCEPTIONAL! Perfectly clean, nicely updated, and it really was beautiful! I love the design - you can see from some of my pictures. The mini-bar also was 100% complementary as well - most hotels charge you for anything you get from the mini-bar. Not here!! The location was just steps from the most famous shopping streets in Vienna, and all-in-all this was one of our favorite hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Skip the big-name hotels and come here on your next trip to Vienna!! We will certainly be back!

The Leo Grand in Vienna exceeded all my expectations. The Grand Deluxe room was pure elegance, and the hotel's central location made cultural exploration a breeze. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality of the staff – they made me feel like family, not just a guest. If you're looking for a unique and personal experience in Vienna, The Leo Grand is the place to be!
