High chance that this is one of the best (if not, the best) hotel in Mostar. The great thing about this hotel is that it's connected to large mall with all the amenities and shops you could ask for (Zara, Pull and Bear, Bershka, a supermarket, multiple ATMs, restaurants etc). Also, the wellness centre with the heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and stream room was amazing! It's in walking distance to the Old Town part of Mostar but also in walking distance to the Mostar east bus and railway station, making it a really strategic location. The rooms were spacious and roomy.

The rooms and the general facilities are great. Rooms are specious , pool area is nice and clean. The main problems are around poorly trained, non professional staff. Few examples . They don’t instruct you how to exit the parking lot so you get stuck on your way out . On the second night they forgot to extend the room card and then it took Barbara ages to fix it (they claimed they need time verify I paid extra night ).On our last day the left the parking card machine somewhere, and couldn’t process our exit card. When raised with Barbara the issues we had during our stay , she just laughed at our face and said they have many customers. Not recommended and definitely not five star.
