Every time I visit this city I stay at the Radisson, I like every aspect of it. The installations are nice, clean, rooms very comfortable, the employees are very professional and kind, the food is delicious at the restaurant and the presentation is impecable. Oh! Breakfast buffet is served and is 😋 and every single choice you could imagine. It also has a taxi company that serves the hotel and the drivers are excellent so you feel safe. This last time we went for a wedding during a general strike in the city with the roads 🚫 but the drivers know the city very well and they took us from and to the airport very safely.

It had been my choice since they opened. My review from last year was a 5 with lots of compliments... Unfortunately this last stay changed my perception to the other end. They are struggling to feed people and is not a good combinaron with the location, because they are in an isolated area where there is no food options. Today I ended up having to take a taxi to a restaurant to keep me from starvation as I sat in their restaurant for ages without being attended. They have a serious service and food issue, starting by the lack of minibar, followed by the breakfast that lost all its good things and finally the restaurant that do not even take your order ever. The staff used to be excellent in hospitality, now is like if they just did not care. Expedia VIP passengers, please do not buy it... there is zero recognition for that status, although they promote it. I am forced to abandon it and feel really sorry because the venue and facilities are nice.
