Everything was very good. But drawing your attention to the following: - upon check-in, the FD person would not let me have a "room with a view" citing the ongoing ACN renovations. True, but the after my 1st night, your FD Manager was able to accommodate me saying "yes, we are renovating but we can accommodate you". True, I am Classic Accor member but the (male) FD person was not very courteous when I checked in: I feel he was rushing me to my room/had HIS job to do to check me in. - No hot water in the shower... Nothing was done for the 7 nights I was there. - Airport shuttle cost: 33,000 CFAs/over $ 50. (EXTREMELY) Excessive vs the rest of the Accor Hotels (and other hotels) in Abidjan. Otherwise, I encountered excellent service from the Bell, restaurant, pool, spa/gym... I will stay with you again.

I stayed there for a conference. Very poor service throughout our stays - numerous examples (1h15 wait to be served at their restaurant; you have to ask 5 times everything, including bills). The service is worth than public services in short. The room are in very poor conditions. It has two gym, but with broken equipments. Compared to other similar hotels, this should be a 2 or 3 star hotel at most, closer to an Ibis from the 1990’s than to a Sofitel.
