Overall a very nice hotel. The location is great. It is in a good part of the city either a lot around the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They would take care of any needs. My only complaints would be that the hotel is a bit dated. Furniture and appliances seem a bit old and run down. Also, in the room I was in there were no curtains. There are only blinds making any sort of sleep during day light hours very difficult. (Picture attached)
Great location and friendly staff but not a five star like other Intercontinental properties. Bathroom should have amenity kits and bar soap at a minimum. Club floor nothing special and should have greater variety of food and drinks and kept stocked
