What a beautiful, amazing, excellent hotel! My family and I enjoyed every moment. The service is excellent, the entire staff is polite, welcoming, and professional, and the property with its many amenities is worth every cent! We could not believe the view of the Arenal volcano right from the balcony of our spacious room. Our room of two queen beds can fit 6 people since each bed has a pullout full size mattress underneath. And the bathroom is humongous! The include breakfast buffet is delicious, just scrumptious! The hot springs with the several personal bubbling jacuzzis helped my hubby and I relax more than we imagined we needed. And the two pools with slides, although cold since it is winter in Costa Rica in July, made our daughter so happy. We are glad that we rented a car, which allowed us to go into town everyday and experience the local cooking through the “SODA” restaurants which a staff member at the hotel recommended, but I suggest renting it at the airport rather than using the misleading “Airport Rentals” advertised online. Just make sure you buy the local car insurance but don’t be surprised that it will cost you 2x as much as the rental fee itself. And if you don’t get a rental car, fine also because Los Lagos has an airport shuttle for a cost, but also transportation for hire locally. This is the best vacation and hotel resort EVER!

I only came here because of a tour I did with Selina. I was only here for the ziplining and the hot springs. The ziplining was honestly great! The team I had of Antonio, Manuel, Donald, & Coqi were honestly great super funny and professional. I had so much fun! I've been ziplining in the US and it was different in the sense where there's no padding and you have to break with your hand because of the carbon steel line they use. I was definitely sore the next day from that workout but the guys were great! And made it such an awesome experience!
