We stayed as a family of 4 including 2 children during Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024z You cannot get better service from staff members than this hotel. All staff members from the check in desk, bar staff, restaurant staff, gym staff are all very attentive and polite and all genuinely wish to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are very spacious and modern and are cleaned twice a day. Food and drinks are of top quality. The hotel itself is very clean. We stayed for 9 nights and left with very good memories and our monies worth. The only place where there is room for improvement is the entertainment show in the evening. The magic shows on Fridays were good but the rest of the week the shows were less entertaining. We hope to return to this hotel sometime again in future.

Arrived just after Christmas for a stay over New Year. The hotel was very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The entertainment was great. The sun was shining. The food and drinks were amazing. New Years Eve was special with the candle lit entrance and gala dinner, champagne and fireworks. We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was festively decorated for Christmas. Wish we could have booked the a la carte restaurant but we couldn't as we had our 13 year old son with us (18 year age restriction). Room was nice and clean. We didn't upgrade so we didn't have any amazing views - we just see our room as somewhere to sleep and change in. Only downside was the outdoor pool was freezing - a shame it wasn't heated. We would definitely recommend the hotel & return again.
