We stayed for five nights over Christmas in Prague and could not fault anything with this hotel. We arranged a transfer via the hotel and were picked up by our friendly driver at the airport who took us straight to the hotel reception, where we were checked in quickly and efficiently by the friendly staff. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a wonderful room with a painted ceiling and a walk-in closet. The bed was super comfy and the room had a Nespresso machine and a reasonably priced mini-bar. The location is brilliant - at the bottom of the hill leading up to the castle and just a short walk from Charles Bridge, so all the main sights are easily accessible. Helena at reception was great with recommendations of things to do and places to eat. It was a great experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay for four nights was great. Our room looked out on the castle, it was very clean, the bathroom was large, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal. It was in a quiet area but very close to the Charles bridge making easy access to the old city, Stay just 15 minutes away. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food to choose from. Luciano greeted us with drinks and was very accommodating during our stay. Helena at the front desk was outstanding. She was very outgoing and friendly. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. Our overall experience was great. I would highly recommend stay here and would definitely stay here again.
