We went for 10 days. The best thing was the room swim up pool. It was great but make sure you get one with full sun. The room was nice. The best part of the staff was the lobby bar/cafe waitress Luisa. She treated us so well and made us feel very welcomed. Remembered what drinks we liked and suggested great ones to try. She was definitely the best part of the staff. The restaurant hostesses were fantastic also, welcoming and fun. The maid did a great job and made up the room twice a day. |The only negatives I’d give the resort was room service. The food wasn’t great and took a long time to receive. Beverage restock was good. The restaurant staff was okay but definitely need to be more attentive. |But it was a great time nonetheless. Luisa eres la mejor :)

We are having an amazing time here. Beautiful resort, great pools and good food. What makes it so great is the staff. ALL the staff are seriously amazing. Irwin is an incredible butler. Francisco is the best entertainer. All the dining staff are sooo nice and attentive. Thank you!
