went Aleia for there tasting menu with wine pairings. This was one of the best gastronomic experiences I have ever had. Not only was the food amazing the service and ambiance matches. Service staff is all female and were one of the best informed I have encountered. Precisely timed delivery and information about both the food and wine were without peer. The kitchen produces a gastronomic adventure that is both innovative and beautiful. This comes at a steep price point but is worth every possible penny. Start your evening in the hotel cocktail lounge, the Pisco Sour is great, that is just beautiful. End the evening at the roof top bar to enjoy and amazing view of an equally amazing city. Give my best to Pablo the host of the bar and put yourself in his very capable hands.
