Loved the room! Was clean and comfortable. Liked being able to adjust room temperature . Enjoyed the separateness of the shower, sink and toilet. Appreciated the free cold drinks in the minibar. Breakfast had all we could hope for and the breakfast staff were very helpful. Front desk staff were very helpful, especially Viviana. My husband has mobility issues and everyone was kind and respectful. The location was great. We walked to many places from the hotel or took a cab from our front door. One evening we enjoyed drinks and dessert on the rooftop terrace which was lovely.

We have just had a wonderful stay at the Negresco Princess Hotel in Barcelona. The team on reception have been so helpful and accommodating, We want to give a special thank you to Anna and Rubin who have made us feel really valued. The hotel is in an excellent central location with great Metro and Bus links. We were in room 512 (superior room with city view) which was really quiet and comfortable due to its height and location in the hotel. The bed was massive and super supportive (great after a long day of sightseeing). The blackout curtains were really effective. The shower was incredibly powerful with really hot water. The continental breakfast which we got with room package was delicious and comprehensive (great hot and cold range).
